 Mountain Boarding
- You have heard of snow
boarding and wake boarding. Mountain boarding
is a snow board, or a wake board, on wheels.
A course is being developed
at Dallas Valley where novice and experienced
mountain boarders can have a lot of 'extreme fun'. The
new mountain boards have already arrived and are waiting
for you to jump on and go for a run. This skill option
will be available to our Conestoga campers this summer.

 Geocaching
 Geocaching, as an recreational skill
and pastime, is becoming very popular on a worldwide basis.
Geocaching is the new hi-tech version of map and compass
orienteering which has been around summer camps for many
years. Garmin Etrex GPS units have been purchased by the
camp and a program is being developed which promises to be lot's
of fun and a new challenge for our Conestoga campers in 2009.
