YOUTH SESSIONS - 2008

 

VACANCIES: Contrary to what you may have heard, we still have room in some weeks of camp. Check 2008 Camp Sessions for details.

 

Registration Policies.

Camper registrations will only be accepted by mail and must be postmarked no earlier than February 11, 2008. Registrations received which are postmarked prior to February 11th will be deemed as postmarked on February 14th. We will do our best to honor the session(s) you choose, however, assignments will be based on date of postmark. If registrations (all postmarked the same date) for a certain session exceed the capacity for that session, then a draw will be made.

 

Age Groups:
Please place each camper in the proper age group. They must be the right age during the session or they must be the right age by the end of 2008. No exceptions.

 

Space for Campers? Will we have room for your applicant?
Dallas Valley regrets that we have had to turn away many campers over the past several years due to a lack of room. The sooner you apply the better chance you have of getting in, and of getting your first choice. Over the last few years some sessions filled very quickly, but others had room right up until the start of the summer sessions.

 

Camper Fees for 2008.

Junior & Intermediate sessions at Main: $225 (+GST)

The shorter, August 24-27, camp session was $160 (+GST)

Teen, Junior Teen, & Western Riding at Conestoga: $240 (+GST)

Sports Camp: $240 (+GST)

 

Family Rate: The first two children from the same family pay the full fees. Each additional child receives a $35.00 fee reduction.

Campership Fund: This fund provides some financial assistance to parents and guardians who cannot afford to pay the total fees. If you need such assistance, please check the appropriate place on the "Registration Form" and more information and an application form will be sent to you. In all cases we require that applicants assume responsibility for at least the $75.00 registration deposit.

2008 Camp Sessions: (M)=Main Camp, (C)=Conestoga, (S)=Sports Camp (NEW)

If the session code and dates are listed in RED it means that this session has no more vacancies. You can, however, request to be put on the waiting list so contact the office.

Camp sessions still listed in BLACK text still have room for campers.
