Summer 2012 Youth Camps REGISTRATION POLICIES. Camper registrations will only be accepted by mail and must have been postmarked no earlier than February 13, 2012. Registrations received which were postmarked prior to February 13th will be deemed as postmarked on February 17th. We will do our best to honor the session(s) you choose, however, assignments will be based on date of postmark. If registrations (all postmarked the same date) for a certain session exceed the capacity for that session, then a draw will be made.   Space for Campers? Will we have room for your applicant? There are often rumors going around that Dallas Valley is full after March 1. This is not the case. Dallas Valley regrets that we have had to turn away campers over the past several years due to a lack of room in certain weeks. However, there is often room in other weeks that may not be ideal but there are openings! The sooner you apply the better chance you have, but make sure to check before giving up. Over the last few years some sessions filled very quickly, but each age group still had room right up until the start of the summer sessions.   Family Rate: The first two children from the same family pay the full fees. Each additional child receives a $35.00 fee reduction.   Campership Fund: This fund provides some financial assistance to parents and guardians who cannot afford to pay the total fees. If you need such assistance, please check the appropriate place on the "Registration Form" and more information and an application form will be sent to you.
