How do I register my child for camp?

How old does my child need to be to attend camp?

Each camper must turn the appropriate age for a camp week by the end of that summer's calendar year.  So campers for the overnight camps for summer 2026 must be turning 9 years old by Dec. 31, 2026 to attend. However, if your child is too young for our overnight camps, we also offer Day Camps for children ages 7-11 years old, they just need to turn 7 years old by December 31, 2026.

What should my child bring to camp?

Question 4

Can my child be in the same cabin/group as their friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, so long as both campers are in the same week!

When you go to register on Campbrain, simply put the first and last name of your son/daughter's friend for their Cabin Mate Request. Then when we make cabins we will see their requests and do everything we can to place them together.

For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to give out information on other campers so please check with the parents of your child's friends to confirm what week they are attending.

Question 5

Can I switch my child's camp week after we have registered?

Yes! So long as the week you are wanting to switch to still has space available.  Please contact the office to make changes to your child's camp week.

Question 6

Is there financial assistance available?

Accepted Answer

We do have a campership fund available for those unable to cover the full cost of a camp week.  Since these funds are limited, and the numbers of applications are increasing each year, we ask that parents/guardians try to pay as much of the camp fees as their budgets will allow and then apply to this fund for the remainder.  To apply, please download the following document and follow its instructions.  Once you have filled it out, please submit it to our office either by mailing it in or by email.

Can I register my child for multiple weeks?

Yes! Simply go through the registration process again using your online account to register for additional weeks.  You will need to pay a separate deposit for each camp week that your child is attending.

Question 8

How do I pay for the remaining balance of my campers fees?

Accepted Answer

Log back into your Campbrain account and click on your account.  From here you can pay for the remainder of your camp fees at any time before camp starts. We kindly encourage families to have camp fees paid in full by June 1, 2026 whenever possible.
 
All remaining fees are to be paid at drop off upon arrival to camp for the start of your camp week.  We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa for this transaction.

Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments. Question 9

What is your cancellation policy?

In case of cancellation, $25.00 of the $100.00 registration deposit will be refunded IF we are notified by Monday noon one week prior to your first day of camp. Otherwise, we will retain the entire $100.00 deposit.
