Whether you're looking for a place to host your outdoor school or family gathering, our facility has all you need for the perfect retreat! With 20 hotel-style rooms and 15 cabins, we have room for groups of 20-200+.

Bookings will not be taken between Mid-June and Sept. 1
Important:
- Gst will be added on to all fees
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- A $150.00 non-refundable deposits is required for each calendar day booked
- Groups are responsible for doing their own dishes after meals
- Groups are responsible to bring their own bedding, pillow, towel, toiletries
- Groups are REQUIRED to submit a schedule 3 weeks in advance
- Vehicles cannot be driven into the valley, past the barns or parking lot at Conestoga
- Groups are required to have their own insurance
