Each camper must turn the appropriate age for a camp week by the end of that summer's calendar year. So campers for the overnight camps for summer 2026 must be turning 9 years old by Dec. 31, 2026 to attend. However, if your child is too young for our overnight camps, we also offer Day Camps for children ages 7-11 years old, they just need to turn 7 years old by December 31, 2026.

Yes, so long as both campers are in the same week! When you go to register on Campbrain, simply put the first and last name of your son/daughter's friend for their Cabin Mate Request. Then when we make cabins we will see their requests and do everything we can to place them together. For privacy reasons, we are not allowed to give out information on other campers so please check with the parents of your child's friends to confirm what week they are attending.

We will do our best to accommodate transfering your child's camp week but is subject to availability. Changes within two weeks of commencement of your child's camp week cannot be accommodated. Please contact the office to make changes to your child's camp week.

We do have a campership fund available for those unable to cover the full cost of a camp week. Since these funds are limited, and the numbers of applications are increasing each year, we ask that parents/guardians try to pay as much of the camp fees as their budgets will allow and then apply to this fund for the remainder. To apply, please download the following document and follow its instructions. Once you have filled it out, please submit it to our office either by mailing it in or by email.

Yes! Simply go through the registration process again using your online account to register for additional weeks. You will need to pay a separate deposit for each camp week that your child is attending.

Regardless of the payment option chosen, a $100 deposit is taken at the start of registration. This is a non-refundable deposit. If using the E-transfer option for payment, the deposit must be transfered to office@dallasvalley.com within 14 days of registration. If the payment is not received within the prescribed timeline, the registration will be cancelled. To pay the balance, you can log back into your Campbrain account and click on your account. From there you can pay for the remainder of your camp fees via credit card at any time before camp starts or E-transfer the remaining balance to office@dallasvalley.com. We kindly encourage families to have camp fees paid in full by June 1, 2026 whenever possible. Payment options are available. Anyremaining fees are to be paid at drop off upon arrival to camp for the start of your camp week. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa for this transaction.Please note that a 3% credit card processing fee will be added to all credit card payments. Camp fee (less the $100 deposit) is refundable only if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the first day of camp. The $100 deposit is per camp session, per camper, and is non-refundable. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to your camp week, except for unforeseen medical reasons. No refund will be given for a dismissal due to homesickness, disciplinary action, late arrival or early departure.
