Our facilities have everything you will need to host the perfect event. We've hosted countless business and church adult retreats in our lodge. As well as Outdoor schools and youth retreats in our cabins or at Conestoga.

Lodge
The Lodge is perfect for our Adult and Family groups. This building has 20 hotel-style rooms*, all with a queen-sized bed and private bathroom. Room layouts include a queen bed and pull out trundle bed or queen bed and a bunk bed. Click below for the lodge floor plan including room capacity.
Our meeting room can be tailored to whatever set up you require. Whether you're planning a business meeting, family gathering or chapel service we will have your request set up upon your arrival.
With our dual-screen display and sound system you won't have to worry about someone not being able to see or hear what's happening.
*groups must bring their own bedding for lodge rooms.

Cabins
With a more rustic feel, our cabins are perfect for your outdoor school or youth retreat. Our 15 cabins have capacity for 166 people, with the freedom to choose the cabins you'll need to accommodate your group. All of our cabins are a short walk from our main dining hall in the Ranch House.
