Regular Hours:

Friday- 6:00-7:30pm

Saturday- 10:30am-9:00pm

Sunday- 2:00pm-8:00pm

$15.00 per person
*Children under 4 years old who can ride on an adult's lap are free of charge.

Cancelations

Our cancelation policy provides a full refund to the original payment method in the event of an on-route road closure or if the ambient temperature (excluding wind chill) falls below -28°C. Refunds are not available for any other reasons. To request a refund, please email a written request to office@dallasvalley.com Cancellations for any other reasons will result in the full payment being forfeited.

No-shows, regardless of the reason, will forfeit the full payment.

Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule or update your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled timeslot. To do so, please contact our office at 306-731-3348 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM).

Space for up to 25 People every hour!
